We have secured several developments to market in 2020 and looking for a Sales Associate and Project Sales team member to join growing team.

SALES ASSOCIATE

Initially the role will be an administration / support based, with opportunities to get involved in the sales process. 

Key tasks include: 

  • Outbound calls to qualify sales leads, identify the key decision maker;

  • Assisting with listing properties on online platforms;

  • Assisting with open homes / display suite inspections;

  • Sales admin and support - e.g. contracts of sale documentation;

  • Supporting the Channel manager with on boarding processes and events;

  • General office duties;

  • Website management;

  • Database management.

PROJECT SALES

As part of the role you will be expected to service leads as well as hit the phone and work an existing database. The role will require you to man the display suites and you will also need to nurture buyers through their purchase journey to close deals.
